The founder of Maslow’s Hierarchy Needs is Abraham Maslow. He introduced this idea first in 1943 AD in his paper titled “A Theory of Human Motivation”, and later in his book “Motivation and Personality”.
From the beginning, Abraham Maslow was interested in studying about what makes people behavior change in positive way and what encourages people to do work or to achieve their aim. After doing lots of research, he made pyramid of needs by studying people needs and desire with the most basic needs or desires in bottom part and the most complex needs or desires at the top. His five stages of pyramid of hierarchy of needs is one of the most famous and best known theories of motivation.
According to Abraham Maslow, people actions are motivated by their needs and desires. To fulfill their needs and desires, people do work. And after fulfilling that particular need, ultimately another need arises and then this cycle keeps on moving.
For instance, a child might have dream to complete his/her school level and to fulfill his/her dream child goes to school and complete his/her school level. And after completing school level he/she might dream to get college degree and to complete this he/she might join college and so on.

In this stage, people start to search job, health insurance and safety of their savings. People start to solve their problem related to their health, work and security against their saving and for this their action is directed towards working hard.

According to Maslow, feeling of love and belonging come after the fulfilment of physiological needs and safety needs. At this level, people actions are directed towards getting relationship with other people. Love and belonging includes:
· Family
· Friendship
· Loved one
· Society
· Community
At some point of life, people might get depression and might feel lonely, so in order to cope up with such situation, people start to fulfill love and belonging needs.
Esteem needs:
This is the fourth level needs of Maslow’s Hierarchy Needs. After getting satisfied from the bottom three levels of needs, esteem needs start to direct human action. Esteem needs includes:

At this level, people start to feel that they should be values by other. They start to feel that their work and participation should be valued and respect by other.
