What is business proposal?

A business proposal is a formal proposal or formal paper document which is created by the business organization in order to make business agreement with customer, investor or with other business organization.  It is a proposal which consists problem, solution and the price of solution. Generally, there are two types of business proposal and they are:

In this type of business proposal, customer or client demand business proposal of a particular product or service that business organization or company provide. Tittle page should be simple, so that customer can understand easily about your organization and your name.

 2.  Table of Content:

                                       The actual process of making business proposal starts from here. In this step, you should mention all the points that you are going to cover in business proposal.  If your business proposal is long then you should include key words and page number in table of content so that client or customer can get knowledge about your proposal in short time without getting confused.

3. Executive Summary:

                                             In making business proposal, executive summary plays significant role in getting agreement with customer or client. This step is all about why you are the best in this product or service and why you are sending this proposal to customer or client.  Here, you have to clearly mention or specify your role in order to provide solution of particular problem. It should be made in such a way that after reading your executive summary, customer should have a clear mind set that how you can help them.

    5. Propose of Solution:

You have to mention all the possible and best solution for the problem in simple and understandable way so that client understand it clearly.

  6. Qualification:

                                 Customer or client may have confusion about your qualification, either you can solve their problem or not. And also, they might have doubt about the trust. It means that you might use client information for personal benefit. So, in this step, you have to show your qualification and capacity professionally.  For this, you can share your past success project and can show any awards that are received after doing job.

  7.Pricing:

 8.Terms and  Conditions:

                                               Terms and conditions are very important for the business proposal while coming in agreement.  Here, you provide detail information about time, price and payment method and schedule. All the information which will be agreed from both sides should be mentioned, so that no one will face problem in future. This step helps both parties to do their work in legal way.

  9.Signature and Agreement:

                                               In this step you can put box or space to sign the proposal. After signing there, it resemble that both parties are agreed in the agreement and are ready to work with each other.
